Workout


Diet
820a- 2 hard-boiled eggs, dried mangoes, black coffee, 2x fish oil, vit D
1100a- 12oz Americano black (don't usually drink double coffees, but had a meeting and vendor offered to pick me up something)
1220p- chicken breast with skin, raw broccoli, 6 almonds, water, 2x fish oil, vit D 
500p - beef jerky
800p - chicken almond stew, vitamins
