Workout
Had to do some chores and cooking, so I didn't get to the gym. I did a WOD at home.

I couldn't find anything actually heavy to do cleans with, so I added squats. This was still easier than anticipated, but better than nothing.
Diet
2 hard boiled eggs, bag of dried apples, black coffee
chicken breast, pear, 1.5oz sunflower seeds
macadamia nuts, 1 olive
beef pot roast, braised leeks
