January Week 1

Workout
We are looking for a new car, so I have not been getting home until after 8 every night.  Didn't go to CrossFit all week.
Sunday - skied for about 4 hours at Stevens.

Diet
Monday January 3, 2011

2 scrambled eggs, apple, almonds, coffee black
bagged lettuce mix, turkey cold cuts, pico de gallo, red grapefruit, iced tea
dried apricots
Pulled pork (had lots of bbq sauce, forgot to ask for it on the side), salad (lettuce), iced tea
dried fruit leather

Tuesday January 4, 2011 
2 scrambled eggs, apple, almonds, coffee black
chicken gyro salad - lettuce, olives, feta, tomatoes, chicken, tzatziki, vinaigrette
dried apriots
2 small cans orange juice
very small lamb chop, zucchini, chicken, pear

Wednesday January 5, 2011 
2 scrambled eggs, apple, almonds, coffee black
3 small tomatoes, 1 small avocado, 1 can chicken, sunflower seeds, iced tea
stir-fry- chicken, onion, cabbage, broccoli, carrots
4 bites of chicken with mustard, pickle

Thursday January 6, 2011  
2 scrambled eggs, apple, coffee black
salad- mixed greens, cucumber, half green pepper, chicken breast, pico de gallo
fruit bar
chicken breast, pickle, 1 beer


Friday January 7, 2011  
2 scrambled eggs, apple, coffee black
salad- romaine, greek dressing, black olives, feta and small Parmesan biscuit
2 beers, 1 mixed drink, 3/4 pretzel, potato chips and onion dip, 1 slice of bacon, 1 BLT slider

Saturday  January 8, 2011  
2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 pear, coffee black
pork chop, broccolini

2 beers, 2 glasses wine, shared the following dishes: truffle mac and cheese, olive bread with olive oil & balsamic, charcuterie plate

Sunday  January 9, 2011 
1.5 McDonald's bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit; black Americano
Clif bar carrot cake flavor
Grilled cheese w/turkey, tomato, bacon and fries
chicken breast, pickle, tiny apple
3 beers, frozen berries
