WOD

"LIL ESÉ"

for time:
2 ground-to-overhead
50 double unders (sub 3x singles)
2 ground-to-overhead
40 double unders (sub 3x singles)
2 ground-to-overhead
30 double unders (sub 3x singles)
2 ground-to-overhead
20 double unders (sub 3x singles)
2 ground-to-overhead
10 double unders (sub 3x singles)
Rx=35kg
7:17 at 32kg
I thought this would be really easy, but it was hard to get the clean up by the last two rounds.  I was def squat cleaning by the end.  Still, a really fun one. I love fast, hard, heavy WODs.

Diet
815a- 2 hard boiled eggs, pear, palm-full of sunflower seeds, black coffee, 2x fish oil, vit D
1100a- beef jerky
100p - salad-romaine, salami, chicken, vinaigrette, black olives
645p- pear (immediately post WOD)
800p- leftovers=small amount of chicken almond stew, pork loin chop, asparagus

900p- beef jerky, 2 glasses red wine

Have your workouts been sporadic lately - or is it just me? Get to the gym!! :)

Yes, they have been sporadic. I have excuses, but that is just what they are. I am back to 3x a week after I get back from this week's ski trip.
