Workout
I am having trouble over the last few weeks making it to the gym and having a social life. I never had this problem before...I had plans after work today, but the main event wasn't until 8:30, so I told my friend I was going to go home and to the gym, then meet her at 7 instead of 5. That led to the whole thing being called off, which was not my intention...I just didn't want to eat and drink for like 5 hours. At least I can now go to FCF today.

muscle-up sub was jumping on the pull-up cage with 24" box, 2-20kg (blue) plates, 1-10kg plates; that may have been too much, could probably have done without that last plate

Ah bummer! I call this a winter problem. After work all I want to do is go to the Redwood and get a Brautigan and an order of chips and salsa. It's so dark and cold. Gotta fight the urge to be lazy!
One thing that helps me with getting out in the evenings is going to a morning class every once in a while. I probably go once or twice a week and granted I have to go to bed earlier (like by 9:30!) but it really frees up my evening! Maybe you should give it a shot?
I always forget about this option, mostly because 6am is SO EARLY and I would have a very hard stop at 7am to get ready for work. I really should go sometime though.
