Workout
75 thrusters for time in as few rounds as possible (don't put the bar down)
Rx weight 30kg
13:37 in 6 rounds with 20kg

Rounds:
1 (20) 2 (15) 3(10) 4(10) 5(10) 6(10)
It was a struggle not to put the bar down after each set of 5 toward the end.  But, I kind of like thrusters, even though everyone seems to hate them.  What's up with that?  Also, my lifting shoes were a great help.

Diet
chicken drumstick and thigh, 2 tiny apples, black coffee
chicken breast, sweet potato spears, apple
pork chop, sauteed mushrooms, iced tea
frozen berries, walnuts
