tabata squat thrusts - 8, 7, 6, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6
immediately followed by
as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:
12 overhead walking lunge, 10kg (15kg Rx)
30 v-ups (bent knees)
Score is tabata + AMRAP rounds
Score = 5 + 3, 12 lunges, 18 v-ups
The v-ups were really hard. After the first round, I was only getting about 2 v-ups done, then had to rest a few seconds before I could do more.
Diet
2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tiny apples, black coffee
almonds
stir-fried green beans and chicken w/onion (from Vietnamese restaurant), apple, 1.5oz sunflower seeds, 2x fish oil, tea
Just Fruit bar
ground beef w/taco seasoning and sauteed onion, yam
