Workout
nada

Diet
2 hard-boiled eggs, pear, 8 almonds, black coffee
noon: 1 chicken sausage,8 almonds, apple, 5.5oz of tomato juice
3:45: (hungry already!) 1 chicken sausage, dried apricots
5p- 1/4 of spicy dried sausage (friend insisted I eat some of it)
7:30p- 1 chicken sausage (different kind from lunch), broccolini, mushrooms, 2 tequila and tonics, 2x fish oil
10p- frozen berries
