Sunday 1/30
2.5 eggs scrambled with scallions, .5 chicken sausage, 2 pieces bacon, black coffee
approx 10 dried apricots
3 Rancho Bravo tacos w/hot sauce
2 glasses red wine
hamburger patty w/mustard, pickle

Monday 1/31
820a- 2 scrambled eggs, 10 almonds, pear, black coffee
1215p- 2 small hamburger patties, raw broccoli, 2x fish oil, vit D
515p- 10 dried apricots
730p- chicken breast, sauteed red peppers and onions, half a yam, multivitamins
