Workout
I woke up really sore from Filthy Fifties. Usually it takes me a day and half to get sore, so that was unusual. Could have Thursday and Friday combined?
Diet
Saturday
2 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces bacon, black coffee
grilled pork banh mi
2 beers, steak sandwich, soup-chicken stock, garlic, leeks
3 more drinks (2 gin martinis and 1 red wine)
half of a 10" cheese pizza (my stomach was upset on Sunday AM. I can not eat melted cheese anymore.)
Sunday
1 sunny side up egg, 3 pieces bacon, black coffee
mushroom and sausage soup (chicken broth, sausage, mushrooms, onion, garlic)
Cobb salad (modified) - lettuce, chicken breast, avocado, bacon, tomato, w/a little balsamic & olive oil
2 glasses red wine
