Wednesday 10/

Workout


Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, pear, 2x fish oil, vit D
L- (event at work) hamburger, hot dog (no bun on either), 1 choc chip cookie, fritos, pickles, mustard
S- 1 glass red wine
D- pork sausage, radishes w/Annies Green Garlic dressing (which appears to be pretty close to paleo)
