Tuesday 11/2/10

Workout
hurt my back doing stupid things at the gym while drinking.  no wods for a few days.

Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, apple, coffee w/milk
L- pork sausage, apple, iced tea
D- chicken w/marinara sauce, jalapenos, anaheim peppers, onions; green beans
S- frozen berries
