Thursday 11/4/10

Workout


Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, green apple, coffee w/coconut milk
L- 10 almonds, 8oz prime rib w/au jus and horseradish, few skinny breaded onions w/meat, salad-lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic, glass of red wine (it was a celebration on hiring lunch!)
D- small lamb chop, half pork chop, half raw cucumber
