Workout


Diet
B- 2 hardboiled eggs, pear, coffee w/coconut milk
L- Vietnamese takeout - beef, lettuce, onions, small amount of (very sweet!) vinaigrette dressing
D- 6 chicken wings (no sauce), salsa, raw tomato
S- pickle, 3 strawberries, about 10 walnut halves
