Friday 11/5 to Sunday 11/7

Workout
PT says I can go to the gym Monday.  Yay!

Diet
Friday
B- 1 hardboiled egg, pear, coffee w/coconut milk, almonds
L- chicken w/marinara sauce, jalapenos, Anaheim peppers, onions
D- Pike St Fish Fry: grilled tuna, fries, red wine

Saturday
B- 2 scrambled eggs
L- grilled pork banh mi
D- 3 fried cheese curds, mussels, beet salad (arugula, Gorgonzola, Italiany dressing)
Red wine, champange, martinis

Sunday
B- 2 eggs, black coffee
L- grilled cheese w/ham, salad w/oil and vinegar
D- (home-cooked) chicken wings w/Sriracha, spaghetti squash
3 beers, dried apricots, almonds
