Sunday 5/30 - 2:15 bike ride in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC

Monday 5/31 - 5:30p CrossFit
"Murph" for time
1 mile run
100 pull ups (10 w/blue band, 90 ring rows)
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

split the pull/pu/squats into sets of 10-20-30

Tuesday 6/1 - none

Wednesday 6/2 - 5:30p CrossFit
Team WOD
350 wall balls for time (for whole team)
250m row (switch every time person rows 250m)
hold 24kg kettle bell (however you need to, keep it off ground)

6:30p Intensive WOD - kettle bell jerk, snatches, swing
7:30p - row 5k - 26:40
