75 power snatch 15kg (25kg Rx)

I tried power snatching the 25kg and it was really heavy. Got about 2 done before I started failing, would not have been able to 75. The 15kg though was probably too light and I should have tried 20kg. I did not use the naked bar for the 15kg, but a pipe with 5kg bumper plates on that Andrew set up - so I was still snatching from the ground as Rx.
Diet
8:25a - 2 hardboiled eggs, apple, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
12:30p - pork loin, cherries, 8 olives, 10 almonds, 3 jalapeños from the olive bar (are those pickled?), 2x fish oil
(Accidentally had olives and almonds with my lunch. Probably too much fat. Oops.)
5p - small piece of paelo fried chicken
8p - mussels, salmon, prawns, clams (sauce had cream in it - only ate a little), 1/4 potato, 1 slice crostini, 2 glasses red wine

Great time for Randy! Was the paleo fried chicken the recipe that Sheena posted? I've been wanting to try it - How was it? Any tips?
Yes, Sheena's paleo fried chicken recipe. It is REALLY good - though mine didn't come out as browned as the picture.
