Workout
6:30p Intensive - gymnastics (rolls, cartwheels)
7:30p WOD
5-5-5 Floor Press - 27kg
bottom-to-bottom tabata squats (tabata squats, "rest"=stay at bottom of squat for 10 sec) = 8

Diet
8:20a - 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 roma tomato, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
11a - fruit leather
1:30p - baked chicken thigh & drumstick, cherries, almonds (lime 'n chili), 2x fish oil
6p - banana, handful of almonds
8:45p - 1 Uli's pork sausage
9:45p - 1 beer
