8:15a - 2 hard boiled eggs, orange, coffee w/coconut milk, 2x fish oil, vit D (4pts)
12:15p - salad=lettuce, tomato, pico de gallo, red pepper, ground pork/beef; apple, few mac nuts
6p work dinner - 2 glasses white wine, 1 glass red wine, beets w/olive oil & feta, hamachi, swordfish, calamari (not fried, but not sure what was in the sauce), 2 pieces of bread w/butter, spinach, asparagus (1 pt)
