Changing the format of this blog after the FCF "Look Good Naked" challenge. Going to add tracking of my food and workouts here. I think that I will rate each meal with the points system from the challenge, at least for awhile.
Diet
10a - 2 eggs scrambled w/mushrooms & cilantro (4 pt)
2:30p - grilled pork bahn mi (Ballet) (1pt)
8p - 1/2 sandwich (baguette, turkey, cheese, tomato, "ranch sauce"), fries, 2 greyhounds @Honeyhole (1pt)
9-10:30p - 2 pisco sours (@home) (1pt)
