WOD
1 rep-max clean and press
15kg-20kg-25kg (mulitiple reps)
1 rep - 30kg-32kg-33kg-fail at 34kg
33kg is 1 kg more than my last 1 rep max press on 8/26/10.
Diet
B- 2 scrambled eggs, grapes, coffee w/2% milk, 2x fish oil, vit D
L- salami, whole English cucumber, 2x fish oil
pre-WOD - bunch of olives
D- steak, yam, vitamins
frozen cherries blended with coconut milk
I see that Robb Wolf is coming to Woodinville in December, but his seminar is $195! I might pay $100, but $195 is a bit steep I think.
