Monday 9/20/2010

Back from vacation.  I didn't log anything while I was gone and did not officially exercise at all.  Did a ton of walking and some bike riding.  Essentially no weight was gained, which is amazing and excellent.

Workout
"TEST 3"

tabata squats (4 minutes) - 11 (got 11 for every round)
max reps of muscle-ups in 4 minutes - 9 (progression practice from ground)

Score = squats x muscle ups = 99

Diet
breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, juice, fruit bar, almonds, coffee w/one creamer packet
lunch - chicken breast, strawberries,  iced tea
preWOD - just fruit bar
dinner - chicken sausage, sautéed peppers, grape tomatoes w/non-dairy ranch dressing
piece of dark chocolate
