Workout


Diet
B- 2 hard boiled eggs, peach, few almonds and cashews, coffee w/2% milk, 2x fish oil
L - Uli's sausage, yam, pumpkin seeds
D- chicken breast w/tomato sauce, broccoli w/gluten free ranch
1 gin martini, 2 margaritas, 3 crab ragoons
