Last 2k row I have on the blog is 5/11/10 at 9:56. Doesn't seem like super progress, but faster is good. My 500m is not a record...but it was at the end.
I was having a really hard time with my lungs. This hurt them. I think maybe I could have done better if I had eaten before but I didn't have time. I could tell when my form was right - strong back and shoulders - just by watching the mountain. It was tough to maintain as I got tired, but I felt like I was better by the 500m row (maybe cause it was shorter) at maintaining the form for longer.
Diet
B - 2 hard boiled eggs, nectarine, almonds, 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/2% milk
L - turkey breast, apple, almonds & cashews, 2x fish oil
pre-WOD: just fruit bar
D - Uli's sausage, zucchini, green beans, green pepper, piece of milk chocolate

Welcome back! 30 seconds seems like a stellar improvement to me! My time was worse by 3 seconds. :( Nice job working on your form though! I do for about the first minute and then I'm just trying to get through it however I can. I really hate rowing.
