L- half chicken breast, few bites of Uli's sausage, almonds and cashews, peach, 2x fish oil, iced tea
Snack - 3 turkey pepperoni sticks
Dinner - pork loin, half cucumber, vitamins, 2 glasses wine
Snack - olives and pepperoncinis
