B - 2 hardboiled eggs, pumpkin seeds, just fruit bar, 2x fish oil, vit D, coffee w/2% milk
L - 2 chicken sausages, strawberries, pumpkin seeds
2pm - coffee w/2% milk
D - steak, pepperoncini, 3/4 of a really big yam, vitamins
