FOOD:
8:15a: 1 scotch egg, strawberries, black coffee, 2x fish oil
12:00p: chicken breast, raw broccoli, 2x fish oil
5p: little bit of pork 
6:30 to 9p: tasting menu at Mistral Kitchen to celebrate my husband's birthday.  It basically had everything we can't eat except legumes and veg oil (how do you know for sure about veg oil?...nothing was fried).  (-5)

BONUS:
Sleep: 8 hours
Omega-3: fish oil
water: 90oz
