12:15p: chicken breast, broccoli and cauliflower, 2x fish oil
3:00p: beef jerky
7:00p: more beef jerky
7:45p: paleo egg drop soup

Had a lot of stuff to do when I first got to work so my breakfast got split up.  I didn't really recover and was hungry ALL DAY.

12:45p: work lunch: turkey sandwich, no cheese, green side salad
