This workout DESTROYED me. I have not felt so exhausted in a long time. I was literally shaking for 30 minutes afterwards until I had the OJ. I still feel kind of wiped today; not muscle sore, but my head is super cloudy.
Diet
2 scrambled eggs, 4 strawberries, banana
almonds
chicken strips (scraped off the nasty breading but it was still there), veggie chips, apple
orange juice, beef jerky, homemade hot wings, sweet potato
More OJ
I have lots of excuses for not going to the gym, not eating Paleo, and not posting on this blog. Mainly I feel physically terrible because of it.
