Dips - on heels off of 20" box
pushups - used my knees put got on toes at the top every time.

2 hard boiled eggs, black coffee, carrots
spicy teriyaki chicken, salad (iceberg lettuce) w/dressing (probably had sugar)
4 Milk Dud Easter eggs
