almonds, beef jerky, veggie chips
chicken breast, cucumber, veggie chips
steak, onions, mushrooms
Orange Juice, 1 strip of beef jerky (homemade), 3 strawberries
I still felt exhausted and fuzzy from Monday's workout all morning until I ate a LOT.
