Workout
I seem to have messed up my neck on Monday, so I didn't go to CrossFit today.
WOD
treadmill for 30 minutes
I ran for about 5 minutes, but it hurt my neck, so I mostly walked around 3.0 at a 12 incline.
Diet
2 hard boiled eggs, cucumber, 2 cups black coffee
2 baked chicken thighs, strawberries
carrots, beef jerky
chicken (thigh and drumstick), small yam
