Okay, after not doing much and eating only about 50% or 60% paleo since I hurt my knee, I am getting back into it. I have my Physical Therapist's okay to go back to CrossFit, minus many things, but I will take what I can get. I have been walking 2ish miles on the treadmill 2 or 3 times a week for the last few weeks.

I was so happy to get a good CrossFit WOD! I was extra careful because of my knee and my month out of the gym. I maybe should have used a stronger band on the pullups. It was very tough by the end. My arms were worn out on the pushups too, so I decided to do them with my knees on the ground to help. I was careful with the squats, as that involves my injury and my PT wants me to be super careful with squatting. Score is down from last time, but there is a reason.
