Tuesday 3/15/11

Workout
none; by the end of the day I am so sore from yesterday that I can't straighten my arms.  Stupid missing a month of CrossFit!

Diet
B- turkey, raw broccoli, black coffee
L- salad- greens, carrot, avocado, cucumber, tomato, turkey, chorizo, cilantro, olive oil
     carrots, sunflower seeds
S- few dried apricots
S- single serving bag of Tom's Salt & Vinegar chips
D- pork loin, cabbage w/mayo and Sriracha

I have leftover cravings from eating crappy for awhile.  I will not give in next time I want chips!
