I have been slacking on everything - working out and eating Paleo. I was sick, there was a holiday, I have excuses. I will get back on the wagon. In the meantime, here are the workouts I have done.

Pullups with green band, pushup after round 3 on knees because Brady said I was "snaking" and need to work on keeping my body straight

25 double unders (sub 75 singles)
5 muscle-ups (sub progression work from knees)
5 deadlifts - 60kg Rx (sub 55kg)
