I have joined a new gym in the neighborhood, Mode of Fitness. I want to train myself to run/do some workouts that are supplemental to CrossFit. I am going to try to the
"Couch to 5k" program. Even though I do work out (am not really starting at the couch) I have a really hard time with running.
MofF Workout on 12/28/09
15 minutes on roller blading machine
20 minutes on treadmill (at 10% grade walking fast at 3.7)
