Tabata protocol (20 sec work, 10 sec rest, 8 times) for 5 exercies:

  • Wall ball (Rx 14lb) - 8lb
  • Box Jumps, 20" (I stepped)
  • SDHP (Rx 20kg) -  12k
  • Push Press, (Rx 20kg) 15kg
  • Row for calories
